Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941 the father of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He moved into Casper, Wyoming with his family in the year 13 when he turned thirteen. He was raised by his father who was employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture was the director of the conservation district located in Casper.
