Her birth date was March 29, 1985 in Roswell New Mexico. Her name is Gerina Mendoza. Gerina Stevenson's parents were Mexican Alan Stevenson & Rita Stevenson. She is Mexican roots, yet is American in nationality. Since she was a child she's always been attracted to sports. Gerina began playing golf after she reached the age of 15. Gerina was a student at Goddard High School for her high school education. In high school she won New Mexico's state golf tournament. Also, she was a volleyball player and competed at the state level. The year 2003 was the time she enrolled at the University of Texas. During her senior years she took home every single tournament she entered. In the course of her undergraduate studies she won the titles as Conference USA Female Athlete and Conference USA Individual Player of the year.
