Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County in California. Alongside my amazing partner JP and the happy-go lucky father Henry. I am most well-known through my Instagram page @annephung. Here I tell my life story. The highs, the lows and everything in-between. I came to America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was one and a half years old I would not be living my life and sharing it to you, if not because my parents are devoted to hard work and sacrifice. In the hope of having the best life possible I wanted to try the best I could to please them, and determined to achieve my goals. My life was set out: I would study at university, land an employment in a company, marry and buy an apartment. This was my vision of what success looked like. But the reality of life changed my ideas. My corporate job in 2013 was a job I hated. Money and status were not what I needed to feel happy. I believed that I was wasting away my existence to get a pay check. My love of fitness and my passion for socializing with other people led me to pursue a new career as an instructor. The business I started was in 2014, and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. Since I am an Asian female working in the field, there are very many of us. Within the field of coaching, I want to make a difference through providing high-quality training that will help others become healthier and happier. Additionally, I'm committed to helping others become empowered so that they can achieve the goals they set, pursue their dreams and live the life you've always wanted to live. When my work was taking off, I experienced the most devastating loss in my life- the passing of my Mom. Her eight-year battle was won. fight with the disease and is resting in Heaven and is with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. The lessons we learn from life are often hidden from us however they are extremely useful. The abrupt death that altered my life forever. It was a true blessing. that it provided me with a chance at the next stage of my life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. She had her chance to begin her new life which gave me my second shot at living a happy and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious of the fact that I am living now and not merely existing like the person I was back in my previous. I am sharing my experiences to you with the hope that you will resonate with my stories and thoughts for you to know that you are not the only one, to be aware that you are far more capable than anything else you put your heart into. and that love is real, that therapy is normal and needed that health truly is your most valuable asset. Only one life is yours. I hope you live it to the fullest.
